Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the session?


Time frames are listed below each service. If I wrap up earlier than the allocated timeframe, the quality amount has been completed with variety. Blocking out 3 hours for your shoot would help if it’s in a busy area or there is travel time between locations. 


When will I receive the images?


Your edited images are delivered within 2 weeks of your session. All files will be sent via wetransfer which is an email service. You can forward them onto family + friends. These files can be printed and posted online. The download links do expire after a few days, so be sure to download your images asap. You will be contacted once images are sent. Please download, save and backup your images.  Wedding Images are provided on a USB.


Weather Changes (i.e. rain, hail, etc)


If the weather is absolutely crazy, you’re feeling unwell, etc, your deposit will be put towards a reschedule. However, if I have not been contacted to confirm postponing, the deposit will not be refunded. On a side note, cloudy weather is excellent for photoshoots and if the location provides cover, a light drizzle of rain is okay. 


If your session is a portrait, couple or blogger session {not including weddings, elopements or commercial work} and need to reschedule your session, please notify & confirm dates with me within 14 days of prior booking. If you need to completely cancel and do not want to reschedule, your deposit is not refunded.


Deposit Confirmation 


The deposit is to confirm your date & time for the photoshoot. If it is cancelled last minute, the time may have been given to someone else who has booked. Your photoshoot is confirmed when a deposit has been paid. 


When do I transfer remainder of payment?


The remainder of your session & (travel fee if applicable i.e. train fare) is due immediately following the shoot before we both depart. Images will be delivered once final payment is made. 


What if we don't want the images online or on social media

In the contact section, please let me know if you do not want them online. I solely market my photography services sharing my photography. If you’d like to choose the option to keep them private, I do have a fee if this is something you want waved.


Location Travel Fees

(Wedding/Elopement Locations) Petrol or flight fee will be accounted for and added into the quote for travel to and from the wedding location. 


(London & surrounding area) depending exactly where you want your photographs done travel fees will vary. £20 - £25 train (sometimes bus) fare depending on location from where I am. Since I do not drive a car in London, but a big heavy bag or two of gear, I charge a travel fee so i can get to and from our photoshoot with my camera gear + your photographs safe and sound.


Am I able to bring a cheerleader for the photoshoot?


Yes! Bring your friend, your spouse, your parent, whoever makes you shine and feel more comfortable, just do it! In the contact box, please list your hype-person if they are coming with you. 


How long do you have our images?


Every four months, files will be culled and I cannot guarantee backups. Please make sure to download your images and create your own backup on a hard drive or online storage.


Do I get to choose the images from the shoot?


Part of my job is to select the most flattering, stunning photographs. Photographs I don’t deliver are blurry, out of focus, repeats, blinking or mid-sentence speaking. I do not withhold any images that I’d think you’d enjoy. 


May I have the raw or unedited files?



Will you photoshop and retouch the images?

I do not retouch any images besides putting them through Lightroom.


What if I am not happy with the final result?


The FAQ & services has been laid out to bring all information to the table and any questions or requests can be given before the photoshoot. If what has been delivered is not up to standard and you have chosen the package of your choice, there is not much I can do outside my performance as a professional photography service. My heart is always for you to walk away glowing and loving the photos you receive. 


Can I pick what goes on your website from my shoot?


No, the images shared will be among the ones delivered to you. 


Other things to note:


Lovely client being photographed is responsible for their ride, oyster card, any permits needed for their chosen location. Encouraged to bring props (as an option), if flowers are wanted, music instrument or any scarves, etc.
